Customer support is one of the most important aspects of being successful in today’s market.

MOCON Europe (Dansensor) offers authorised regional Service Points. Training for regional support engineers is held on a regular basis.

MOCON Europe (Dansensor) is arranging many customer-dedicated training sessions ensuring that our technology is introduced and the gained knowledge is maintained/updated in the most effective way. Technical support and training are especially important for our many OEM partners.

A training and support plan including a regional support programme is agreed with all OEM partners.
